Learn How to Get the Family Together For a Night of Video Game Fun

Being cool and hip parents these days is hard and it is no wonder why.With all the new social networks and communication devices such as cellphones, getting the attention of your family is now harder than ever.

But hope is not all gone.

I figured out a foolproof way to get everyone involved in a night of family fun. Me being a gamer all my life was kind of the premise. But since it is something everyone in my house likes to do also, getting everyone involved is a piece of cake.

We have now even declared an official family game night. Every Saturday night we order some delicious pizza and rent some great family video games online the night before and they are delivered to us like clockwork the next day.

I guess what I am getting at is that you can make technology work for you in a beneficial way.

And thanks to great advancements in video game technology you can play baseball, go bowling, or test each others reflexes in the comfort of your own home.

Not only does this foster better family relationships but it has been proven that children who play video games are more likely to succeed in life both physically and mentally. Many extra perks of playing games also include improved brain function and hand eye coordination.

So what sound better?

Letting everyone eat dinner in their rooms alone or having them get involved in something fun and for their benefit? I am sure you already have the answer to that.
